CB Richard Ellis platform achieves traffic and management milestones

INDIANAPOLIS—CWE's online platform for CB Richard Ellis has crossed over the 1 million mark for hits per month and exceeded $1 billion in client utility expenditures managed in the environment demonstrating the power of the CWE system.

The Energy Resource Center--CBRE's CWE platform, was launched to support CB Richard Ellis’ global energy program called Utility Insight. The ERC is a web-based, collaborative environment that allows its customers to interface with vendors, and utilize the online environment's tools and reporting function to further the management of its energy program

The CWE, a customized, powerful and fully-supported platform, which serves as the basis for the ERC platform, establishes an engine for delivering scalable, manageable and extensive extranet sites ripe for document collaboration, information sharing, team productivity and project tools. In addition to the creation of collaborative web sites, CWE provides the foundation for the development of business applications and advanced information management capabilities.
